Got home from San Diego for CAbi Scoop – what an incredible experience! From the moment we were greeted at The Manchester Grand Hyatt, where we received excellent service and had a wonderful harbor and city view from our room, to a fabulous time at our closing event where we partied with CAbi Girls from around the country….it was just the best! I am continually grateful to be part of this amazing company that provides opportunity and support for women around the world.
One of the new events added to the Scoop was a 5K Benefit Run. Not only did something like 500-600 CAbi Girls make it to the 6 am start time (yikes!) but we also raised over $10,000 for the Heart of CAbi Foundation.
Vickie Friedman and I met up by coincidence and ended up running the entire race together. Thanks, Vickie, for being an awesome running partner and can’t wait to run with you again! Plus super fun to see Lisa Hetzler at the race, who has joined me on runs in Nashville – you go girl!
And all along the way of this four day conference were great classes with inspiring women leading and teaching. Hopefully….no, not just “hoping” but planning and WORKING on a great season, both in life and business as I start on Spring 2012, working with and for wonderful women in my community!
